The Greenville Farm Power of the Past Inc. was organized in 1998 in conjunction with the Darke County Tractor Pullers event in July.
The purpose of the organization is to preserve and educate others about the historical, educational, and mechanical aspects of farming and/or agricultural activities as conducted in earlier times; utilizing machinery, implements, and equipment propelled or powered by animals, steam, and internal combustion engines.
The show is held early in July and features many machinery displays and demonstrations. In addition, there are over 100 flea market and craft vendors, good food, a Sunday car show, and fun for the whole family. For a mini-vacation close to home, stop by the Darke County Fairgrounds during our July event.
